Dear Boston Branch Members and Friends,

We had a good conversation on Tuesday, 6 December, related to what we might be able to do related to Human Trafficking.

Please review the attached document and feel free to forward comments/concerns/observations to me.  We will use this for planning at our next meeting.

Please mark your calendars!  For Tuesday, 17 January, Shapiro 10 Conference Room, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., has been reserved for us.  This will provide an opportunity to further our discussions/plan for next steps.

In the meantime, happy and safe holidays to your and yours.

Best wishes,

Helen

In addition to the programs offered, there is an opportunity to become part of the Political Action Corps. This is a state-sponsored initiative, with a focus on advocacy and public policy that supports women and girls. Members who take part will lobby policy makers via email, phone calls, and letter writing. If you are not already a part of the Action Corps, please contact AAUW-MA Public Policy Chair.
