The proposed Bylaws may be downloaded below as PDFs. Please read the
introduction before studying the proposed Bylaws because it sets the
context and explains the voting. All the documents will be printed
in the Spring
AAUW Outlook exactly as they appear here.
Please feel free to print the introduction and proposed AAUW Bylaws
for members of your branch who cannot access the website as these
are the two pieces that will most affect branches and members.
We have also posted a Q&A based on questions that came to us during
this process. Most of those questions are bylaws related, and will
be useful in further understanding all that is being proposed.
