· Maintained and updated website on regular basis
· Continued to redesign website

· Uploaded Hingham Area and Taunton Area branch web pages on regular basis
· Posted newsletters and other information from branches when received
· Maintained web pages for Attleboro, Boston, Canton, Cape Cod, North Shore and Worcester branches, link to Newburyport Area page
· Danvers-Topsfield, Melrose-Wakefield, Merrimack Valley have no page other than a membership contact link
· Updated Leader Links page as needed
· Actively participated in AAUW Web Managers listserv
· Joined a Facebook AAUW strategy group to help AAUW members learn yet another way to keep AAUW visible. Participated in the authorship of two documents distributed to AAUW Web Managers encouraging them to investigate Facebook
· Continued “learn as I go” method of web managing

· Switched to AAUW online Membership Database
· Communicated with AAUW-MA treasurer to maintain up-to-date, accurate branch membership files, but it is up to branch treasurer to keep online files accurate
Vision
· To investigate most efficient, economical means to establish a state-wide email distribution list
· To build a state-wide membership email list for distribution of BayStater and messages approved by AAUW-MA president (or committee appointed to do so)
