This year $1,000 is available for Mary Anderson Memorial Scholarships through cash grants up to $500.00  

Eligible applicants are women residing in the greater Taunton area who will be entering the junior or senior year of college in the

  fall of 2009.  Criteria: academic performance (min. 3.0 GPA), motivation & involvement, commitment to equity & societal change.

Qualifications:

Ø     A woman who is a permanent resident of the Greater Taunton area towns of Bridgewater, Brockton, Dighton,

     Easton, East Bridgewater, Lakeville, Middleboro, Norton, Raynham, Rehoboth, Taunton and West Bridgewater.

Ø     Entering junior or senior year of college in the fall of 2009.

Please note: Former recipients are not eligible for the Mary Anderson Memorial Scholarship.

 

Criteria:

Ø     Academic performance (3.0 minimum GPA)

     Ø     Motivation and involvement

Ø     Commitment to equity and societal change
